Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Adrenaline List and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, software and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Age Restrictions

Accounts
When you create an account on our Site, you agree to the following:

1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
   
2. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Services and Marketplace
These Terms and Conditions govern the services made available on our Site.

• Activity provider directory and marketplace; and
  
• Subscription-based premium features.
  

Adrenaline List provides a platform to discover, communicate with, and book third-party activity providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Adrenaline List is not a party to any agreement between you and an activity provider, and does not control or guarantee provider pricing, availability, quality, or performance.

Fees for Adrenaline List subscription features are billed at the time of purchase and on renewal according to the plan selected. Payments for activity provider goods or services are transacted directly between you and the provider or via a third-party payment processor, and are subject to the provider's terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible; however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of all services. You agree to use the Site and engage activity providers at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders for Adrenaline List subscription services whenever necessary. If we cancel your Adrenaline List subscription order after processing payment, we will refund the amount you paid for that order. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Third-Party Services
Our Site may offer or facilitate access to services provided by third parties, including vendors and payment processors. We cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, safety, legality, or availability of services made available by third parties on our Site.

User Goods and Services
Our Site allows users (such as activity providers) to list and sell goods and services. Adrenaline List is not a seller or agent of users, does not set provider prices or terms, and is not a party to contracts between users. We cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or performance of any user-provided goods or services. If we are made aware of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, we may suspend or prohibit a user from listing or selling on our Site.

Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription to Adrenaline List features, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. We may offer free trials or promotions; at the end of a trial, you will be charged unless you cancel before it ends. Refunds for subscription fees are provided where required by law; otherwise, refunds are at our discretion.

Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe or other providers). We do not store complete credit card details on our servers. When you provide payment information, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amounts to your selected payment instrument and to handle the transaction in accordance with their terms. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Service Delivery
Adrenaline List provides digital services. Access to subscription features is provided via your account immediately or within a reasonable time after purchase. For services obtained from activity providers, delivery terms are set by the provider and form part of your agreement with that provider.

Consumer Protection Law
Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Links to Other Websites
Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party websites before using these sites.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adrenaline List and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Adrenaline List and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Adrenaline List are unable to resolve a dispute through informal discussion, you and Adrenaline List agree to submit the issue first to a non-binding mediator and then, if unresolved, to binding arbitration. The mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Adrenaline List. Unless otherwise required by law or ordered by the mediator/arbitrator, each party will bear its own costs and share equally any mediation or arbitration fees. The venue for mediation and arbitration will be Sydney, New South Wales.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Adrenaline List retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to seek injunctive relief or pursue claims relating to intellectual property infringement.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the Effective Date below. For material changes, we may also notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the Site.
