• This course is intended for beginners who want to discover the activity with 5 sessions of 4 hours of kitesurfing.
• *1st session: Introductory lesson on the beach**
• The class will begin on the beach where the students will learn to manage the traction kite. During this 1h30 initiation, you will discover how to manage a kite and have the first sensations of tension on the beach without going into the water.
• *2nd session: Traction in the water**
• The second class will take place entirely in the water. Students are divided according to their levels.
• The objectives of this session are:
• \- Manipulating the kite in the water
• \- Relaunching the kite from the water
• \- Body dragging
• \- Walking on the beach with the kite
• Once these concepts are acquired, students will start using their board to learn the water start. From that moment, it is your progress that will determine the content of your session.
• *3rd session: Stand up and ride in both directions**
• The 3rd session aims to stand up and make your first rides. It is often during this session that we begin to appreciate the sensations of kitesurfing.
• The price includes the necessary equipment : wetsuit, harness, helmet, radio, buoyancy vest, kite board. For hygiene reasons, they do not lend water shoes.
• Learn the coordination between the kite and the board, and begin to have the first sensations of riding, while gaining in autonomy.
• Session 1: Managing the kite
• Session 2 : Traction in the water
• Session 3 : Water-start and riding
• Participants must be aged 13 years old and over, and weigh more than 45 kg.
• The prices are different according to your dates of booking : week prices 455€ / weekend and holiday prices 595€
